Steve has undertaken high profile Due Diligence work, including work on share placements for AIM listed companies and a variety of assignments for both banks and corporate acquirers.

Steve is actively involved with University of Sheffield providing lectures on a range of topics covering business planning, funding and financial reporting in addition to acting as a judge on the prestigious annual business planning competition run by the Enterprise team at the University.

Steve is happily married with two grown up children and in his new found spare time can be found swimming, cycling or running as he pursues his passion for triathlon, which his wife still ascertains is a mid-life crisis.
