Alternative funding can be obtained from specialist banks – providing ‘cashflow led’ funding lines, insurers, via ‘soft loans’ or advance commission payments,  or through trade investors.

We will gain an insight into your business and future strategy so that we have a detailed understanding of the finance required and then advise you on the most appropriate type and structure of funding to enable you to fulfil your growth plans.

This will normally necessitate the production of a business plan and financial forecasts to enable potential funders to assess the proposition.

 • Identification of preferred sources of finance – we will submit the business plan and financial forecasts to appropriate sources of potential funding. We will co-ordinate ongoing discussions with providers of finance with a view to selecting the funding proposals most appropriate to your future requirements

 • Completion of the fundraising exercise – once the preferred sources of funding have been identified, we will project manage the whole fundraising process through to draw down of the finance.
