Salmon are well known in the retail market, having developed the on-line trading sites for companies such as Argos, Selfridges, Homebase and Halfords. In 2006 Simon set up Coverzones Limited – an online comparison site for SME insurance business. In May 2011 he took on the role of CEO for PowerPlace Insurance Services (part of the Towergate Group).

Simon founded Quotall Limited May 2010.  He is currently developing Quotall as an online trading platform for brokers and insurers, and works with ICA as a specialist IT and etrading strategy advisor.

Simon’s addiction to speed manifests itself in his insistence on donning his leathers daily to commute to London on his Yamaha and a desire to escape to the French Alps whenever possible.   Hailing from Mansfield he brings a frugal approach to IT expenditure.
