With offices in Sheffield and London we provide Nationwide coverage for corporate transactions for regional intermediaries, London market brokers, MGA’s and insurance carriers. ICA is a non-regulated firm and all activity undertaken is carried out under the FSA’s guidance for non mainstream corporate finance activity.

Our overarching aim is to support the management team in the business and advise them on the best options available to them to support growth, succession planning or exit. ICA actively works with cashflow lending banks and trade and institutional investors to stimulate inward investment in the insurance broking market and support the development of new ventures.
